The 21st century is the century of innovation. In this century, we observed a rapid growth of science and information technology, whereas public education system especially at school level is lagging behind. The teachers of this new regime are supposed to be young, fresh, innovative, and tech savvy.Teachers are the best resources to bring changes to schools and thus transform those into learning organizations.
